  Responsibilities:
• Prepare Bill of Material (BOM).
• Able to interpret Bill of Material (BOM) and Assembly drawing.
• Perform parts costing analysis and submit quotations to customers.
• Select supplier meet cost requirement to quote to customer and for purchasing buying.
• Check engineering change notification (ECN) impact to quoted price and submit revised
quotations to customers.
• Maintain and preserve “Material database” to ensure accuracy and costing
standardization.
• Able to communicate and deal directly with customer on specific requirement as request.
• Able to work independently with positive attitude approach.
• Performs other related duties as and when requested by the superior.
• To carry out other duties and tasks as directed by the Management in line with
competencies and activities associated with the Project and Business Development
Division.
Requirements:
• Must possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Able to work independently with good analytical skills.
• Observant and detail-oriented person.
• Proficient in MS Excel (Vlookup and Hlookup) a must for this position.

• Completed SPM or higher educations.
• Able to work long hours when need arise.
• Possess technical knowledge on machine assembly.

  Responsibilities:
• Sourcing new material locally and overseas. Always organize dual-sourcing with competitive
supply advantage.
• Analyze material demand and define right vendor (s) for right material. Propose new vendor
(s) for approval if required.
• Negotiate with selected vendor for material best offer with material premium quality.
• Participate in new vendor (s) assessment.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Quality in data collection to determine selected approved
vendor’s performance for review for improvements.
• Participate in annual audit of selected approved vendor.
• Maintain 5S.
• Any other adhoc assignment according to business needs.
Requirements:
• Diploma / degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Min. of 2~3 years in sourcing.
• Computer literate (Good in data computation using Excel, PowerPoint, Words).
• Possess strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Possess good interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, positive attitude, self-motivated.
• Team-oriented with high integrity and sensitive to cost factor.
Authorities:
• Authorised to send drawings to approved vendor(s) with NDA signed. Except for new
vendor(s), prior approval from Head of Department.
• Conduct cost down activity(s) with approved vendor(s) from time to time. 

Responsibilities:
• Oversee operations and control of production.
• Responsible for Production Planning and scheduling.
• Ensure that product is strictly produced according to product specifications and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor and implement effective corrective and preventive action for non-conformances of product or process.
• Improve Productivity through workforce optimization and overtime control.
• Arrange On-the job training for new worker, line leaders and operators.
• Conduct trouble-shooting problems in production area.
• Promote safety awareness in production and to minimize industrial accidents.
• Perform additional or new responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
• Perform ERP system according to standard operating procedure.

Requirements:
• Diploma or higher.
• Preferably within 3-5 years of working experiences in manufacturing environment.
• Possess leadership skill to lead a group of production leader, technician, operator to carry out production duties.
• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Good interpersonal skills. Authorities:
• Make decision regarding all trouble shooting at Production side.

  Responsibilities:
• Window person to customer.
• Review the requirements of customer’s request for quotation and ensuring that no request
was missed.
• Monitor the progress of costing team to ensure quotation submitted to customer in a timely
manner.
• Discuss and negotiate with customer on the submitted quotation.
• Follow with customer on the quoted items.
• Monitor and ensuring sales order created in a timely manner.
• Ensure production orders are created accordingly and in a timely manner.
• Trigger purchaser to purchase shortage materials.
• Provide estimated delivery date to customer.
• Monitor production material readiness and follow up on production completion date.
• Ensure all contract requirements are fulfilled.
• Carry out production journal to facilitate the transaction completion of ERP system.
• Attend to customer’s escalation on quality issue.
• Ensure delivery to customer are arranged and carry out accordingly.
• Manage the overall new product introduction to ensure production readiness from FA
report submission, to arrangement of training of production staff, to physical FA buyoff.
Ensure system BOM is up to date and subsequently handing over the project to series
production.
• Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management when needed.
Requirements:
• Preferably bachelor’s degree in any engineering field.
• At least 5 years of working experience in related field.
• Experience in the ERP system will be an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
